Most in stock orders ship within 48 hours. If a product is backordered, then we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Missing, incorrect, damaged, or mis-boxed parts must be reported within 5 days of order delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the package is in possession of the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Etc), we do not guarantee shipping and transit times and are subject to the individual terms of the carrier.
Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable.
Products marked as “Free Shipping” apply to orders shipped to the United States only, unless otherwise noted. For shipping quotes to locations outside of the United States, please contact us. In the case of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
In most cases, items shipped internationally must be brought into our warehouse for shipment outside the US. Once items are ordered to be brought into our warehouse(s) the item will be subject to any restocking fee charged by the prospective manufacturer. This fee may be in addition to charges outlined above. In the event of a cancellation or return, actual cost of shipping fees to our warehouse(s) will be deducted form the refund amount.
International Shipments that are purchased with the US Free Shipping and do not want to pay the additional shipping will be charged a 5.00% cancellation fee. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchase to avoid this fee.
Not all of our vendors ship directly to consumers and may have territorial restrictions.
We reserve the right to ship by the best method possible.
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product’s price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
Limitations and Exclusions
If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.
Payment Types We Accept Online
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we’ll accept one credit card and up to one Gift Card for each order.
We are unable to accept cash, checks and C.O.D. orders for any website purchases. If you would like to make a purchase using either cash or a check, please contact us.
We reserve the right to require wire transfer as a form of payment.
We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped, delivered or picked up.
For any online purchase of a tax-exempt item during a sales tax holiday period, by completing the purchase, you certify that the item is being purchased for personal use only and you agree to assume liability for the applicable tax if the item is used for other than personal use.
Payment is to be made before shipment of the item(s). Wholesale accounts may be set up at the sole discretion of Seller and are OAC. If payment is not received, is charged back, is disputed or returned in any way the following will occur:
1) $50 per hour Seller paperwork preparation fee
2) Late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (eighteen percent (18%) per year) or the maximum legal rate, whichever is less, to unpaid invoices from the due date thereof.
3) 50% of balance Collections Fee by Seller
3) Collections and Legal Fees as charged by Collections Agency
Damaged, Defective, Incorrectly Shipped, and Missing Items
In the event that an item is missing from a shipment, Seller will ship the item utilizing the original shipping method that was selected by Buyer at the time of the original order.
In the event that an item is damaged or defective, Buyer must follow the return policy as indicated above. This includes obtaining an RMA# from Seller before returning the item. Replacement items will not be shipped until the defective item has been received by Seller and is inspected.
Replacement for damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly shipped items will be shipped via the original shipping method that was selected by Buyer at the time of the original order.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and other importing fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase. Non-payment of these fees will not be grounds for a return and may result in abandoned shipment, no refund will be given.
International shipments may have longer than average delivery times, once an order has been shipped this is out of our control and is subject to country and local requirements. Delays will not be grounds for reimbursement or refund.
